Plans & Billing
Billing lives at Organization Settings → Billing, and is visible to workspace admins. Everyone else sees a note to contact an admin.

The billing page
Section titled “The billing page”It shows your current plan, team size, trial remaining (on a trial) and, once subscribed, your seats, the current period end and any pending cancellation.
- Subscribe — opens Stripe Checkout, on a trial or after one has expired
- Manage Billing — opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can change payment details, view invoices or cancel
Payments are handled by Stripe. DubPlanner does not store card details.
How seats are counted
Section titled “How seats are counted”Seats follow your workspace membership. Disabling, enabling or deleting a member in Organization Settings adjusts the Stripe subscription’s seat count automatically, so you are not billed for people who no longer have access, and adding someone back does not need a separate billing step.
